A key stage of any project is the implementation process. This can involve continuous testing and a high level of involvement from the client. As we progress through the implementation phase of any project, we pay strong attention to UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and System Training. Our preferred approach to development and implementation is the Agile method, which effectively involves small, reiterative processes within the overall project.
Every client is unanimous in their agreement that a high quality support service is essential. Ever since its inception, Carrera Systems has provided a high quality support service for both our own packaged software solutions and bespoke developments. We operate an industry standard approach to the prioritisation of reported faults from Category A (showstopper) to Category E (cosmetic). We commit to target response and resolution times within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) section of our Support & Maintenance agreement.
